I had a fantastic stay at the resort with lush surroundings and plenty of entertainment options. The oceanfront view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, though I found it a bit tricky navigating through the facilities at times. The food was good but not exceptional, and the service was friendly overall, especially from the front desk manager. I enjoyed a fun trip over to Isla Mujeres, but the waves at the beach were a bit rough on some days.

We had an amazing time at the resort! The lush, tropical grounds and proximity to the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family. Staff members were friendly and went out of their way to help us. However, some areas like dining could use improvement, as certain restaurants had repetitive options. Overall, it was great value for the money.

I had an incredible two-week stay at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach Resort and can't wait to return! The staff truly made the experience special with their outstanding service, particularly Leslie, Martha, and Jorge. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beautiful, well-maintained grounds added to the happiness of the vacation. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and there were some challenges with swimming due to rocks in the ocean.

We had an amazing time at the Iberostar! The resort is packed with activities and the pool area is fantastic. The app made organizing our stay so much easier, and there were no problems with hot water in the showers. Our stay at Iberostar Paraiso Beach was absolutely delightful! The grounds were stunning, and the entertainment staff really made our vacation memorable, especially Lucia, who was phenomenal. While the food was generally good, some of the a la carte options didn't stand out as much as the buffets. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the pool and the beach. We truly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to come back, although a longer stay would have been even better!
